This privacy policy applies to the services provided by Bartogi, which includes Lazamani. Bartogi is not responsible for the privacy policy of websites and sources which are not managed by Bartogi.

Bartogi respects the privacy of all the users of its website and ensures that the personal information you provide is managed confidentially. Bartogi has also taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect customer data from loss or improper processing. We have taken the necessary security measures to prevent unauthorised third parties gaining access to data.

Approving our general terms and conditions during the order process also means that you consent to the processing of the following personal data.


  • To be able to correctly process your order and deliver it to your home, as well as to track the parcel.
  • To process any returns.
  • For service purposes if you contact us. We may then use your phone number and/or email address to understand and manage which orders and previous correspondence have taken place.
  • To optimise your shopping experience and to personalise our website to your interests.
  • To send you email reminders that you still have items in your shopping basket.
  • To display your order history and more in your personal account.
  • To process your subscription to our newsletter, as well as for emails regarding product availability or to inform you about special offers, discounts and news.
  • To send emails relating to your order or return. These might include the order confirmation, shipping status update and updates regarding your return.
  • For any marketing purposes, such as printed mailings which you receive by post.
  • To analyse your visit to our webshop and improve your shopping experience on the website.
  • To analyse the traffic on our website and to prevent abuse and/or fraud. Your IP address may be saved and processed during these activities.

We need to know the following personal details to be able to correctly process the order: First name and surname, address/postcode/town/country (for invoice and any other delivery address), phone number, email address and IP address. We do not save the data longer than legally permitted. You may withdraw your consent at any time.


Data security is an important part of the security of your personal data and ensures that your personal data are secure with us. Our employees know how they are required to manage personal data and maintain their confidentiality. In the event of a data breach, we will take the necessary steps, such as reporting to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (DPA).

Bartogi works with various third parties to ensure that your shopping experience and order process are as smooth as possible. For some purposes, it is therefore necessary to share the required data with these third parties. This might include your payment via the payment provider, sending your order to the shipping partner, sending track and trace data by email and sending newsletters via an email platform.

We only use secure servers, secure connections and have processing agreements.

  • Multisafepay, PayPal, Sofort for payments.
  • PostNL, Bpost and Parcel for shipping and to track the parcel.
  • Klaviyo to send emails/newsletters.


If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the data required or separately provided to regularly send you our email newsletter based on your consent, in accordance with article 6 (1) S. 1 lit AVG. You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending a message to the contact details shown below or via the relevant link in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data, or if we retain our right to further use data which is legally permitted and which we describe in this declaration.’


Lazamani uses advertisements which are based on interests. Once we have received your consent, we can automatically collect data via cookies and other technology relating to how you browse websites, use applications and shop. This enables us to improve your customer experience and communicate news and promotions from us or others. We can share your data with third parties and social media platforms. We try to show advertisements which are more relevant to your interests and/or interactions with our website. You can always delete cookies or object to their use via your browser. Remember that you will still see advertisements, but these will no longer be based on your interests or interactions with our website.


Pursuant to applicable Dutch and European legislation, you have certain rights relating to personal data which is processed by us or on our behalf.

In principle, to prevent abuse, we only send extracts and copies of your data to your email address known to us. If you wish the data to be sent to another email address or by post, we will ask you to provide ID. We have records of requests that we have handled.

Right of access, rectification or erasure of personal data

Do you want to know exactly what personal data we have about you? Ask us for an overview. You can also ask us to rectify or erase this personal data. Send your request to our customer service and we will arrange it. Our contact details are shown at the bottom of this page.

You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. With respect to the right of access, we will send you a copy of all the data and an overview of the processors that have access to this data. We will also always inform you when we have rectified or erased your data as per your request.

Right of objection and other rights

In many cases, you have the right to object to undesired processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Bartogi. If you object, we will immediately stop processing the data pending the handling of the objection. If your objection is founded, we will provide you with copies of data that we have (had) processed and then permanently stop the processing.

This privacy policy is geared to the use of and the possibilities on this site. Any amendments and/or changes to this site may lead to changes in this privacy policy. We therefore recommend that you regularly consult our privacy policy. On this page, you will find the date on which this privacy policy was last amended.


We will naturally be happy to help if you have complaints about the processing of personal data.
