Shipping and returns

DELIVERY COSTS

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and The Netherlands. Delivery costs are € 4.99 per order.

Please note that any costs for a return will be at your own expense.

DELIVERY AROUND 2-5 WORKING DAYS

If you place an order before 12.00 on working days, we will try to ship your order on the same working day. You will receive an email once your order has been processed and it's on its way.

After our shipping company has received your order, we estimate a delivery time of between 2-5 working days.

APPROVAL PERIOD

If you have ordered one or more items from us online, you are entitled to an approval period of 14 days. If you aren't satisfied with an item, or you change your mind, you have 14 days after you receive your order to return it. The returned item must not be damaged, dirty, washed or been visibly worn. If reasonably possible, items should be returned in the original packaging in the shipping carton.

WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you wish to return an item for another size, colour or model, return the item to us and place a new order for the relevant item. If undamaged, you will receive a refund for the returned item as soon as possible. The 14-day approval period also applies to exchanges. The costs of returning the item are paid by the customer.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

You pay the local rate in your country for a return. Go to a parcel shop and return the parcel to:
